Race: Messor (Latin for Reaper) - Messors are one of many varients of the reapers, or angels of death, that work for Death. There are hardly anything special about these Reapers other than they are the experts at tracking down souls, both living and non living. Unaffected by the elements they encounter, and unaffected by Time, they appear to be sole astral/spiritual beings who can change their appearances to those who see them so that the human mind can easily comprehend them; any form taken in physical rralm csn become physical. Their astral appearance is a black cloud with silver lining (for males) or white with black (for females).

Their Supernatural Perception, Soul Reading, teleportation and Soul tracking abilities are what make them the best soul trackers. Their Soul Reaper skills allows to take the soul and guide it to where they belong. The Veil, often know as in between, and where the true appearance of demons often reside, is where spirits who have no where to go go. The Messor can hear the spirits in the veil, and if there is too much in the veil they can go insane with all the voices, lost cries, and screams if confusion. Its the in between of Heaven and Hell, and close to Earth but not seen unless penitrated/teared into. Messors have the ability to go to heaven, hell and the Veil with out a tear easily.

Messors can be possessed by demons if taking a form in the physical world, and can also die. They can be killed by an angelic weapon, or by any normal means if inside a reaper trap (like a trap for demons but designed for reapers of all kinds). With demon possession, the demon has to be extreamily strong. When a Messor dies they give off a blinding light from their body.

Messors do use the traditional scythe as a weapon when a spirit or soul gets fiesty, or if another supernatural appears. It is another way for them to reap souls that they kill, so they try not to kill anyone ahead of their time. When they are tracking for souls at night they tend to wear hodded cloaks.

Messors are created though a process that is unknown and unremembered, but for those who remember (and the really old ones) shudder and try to not mention the experience. The are long lasting unless killed by by an angelic weapon or inside a reaper trap. People do not usually die if there is no Messor or a form of reaper to take their souks. Messors can also die another way, and ghat is if they do not take ANY souls at all for a lobg period of time (this usually only happens when they are brainwashed or trapped. They can still feel pain but they do not act dramatic about it.

Messors are assigned to places by a higher up (no one is sure if its death or someone else), but ur isn't uncommon to see 5 in a city in an area

• Significant Features: she is always carrying around a silver pen; this pen is his scythe that is in a modern hidden form. When she clicks this pen it becomes the scythe.
• Clothing Style: Casual, sexy style

Personality: Curious. Intelligent. Uncaring (almost evil). Lustful. Stubborn

Main Talent: Tracking, soul gathering

Biggest Flaw: Doesn't make connections with humans well.

Abilities:

• Soul Reading - Brody can read the souls of others, finding out who and what they are and the shape of soul. This also allows him to see when there time is up
• Supernatural Perception - Brody has the ability to see things the way they really are while they are hidden from others.
• Invisibility - Grimm is able to make herself invisible.
• Soul Tracking - Grimm can easily track souls who are close to dying, or are supposed to be dead
• Spiritual Appearance Alteration - Grimm can alternate what her astral/spirit form looks like in the dream world, spiritual world, and physical world. she can really look human
• Soul Reaping - Grimm has the ability to reap souls of those who are dying and fading from the world. She guides them to where they need to go, heaven, hell, or the in between (veil)
• Teleportation

Weaknesses:

• When it comes to reading the souls of those who do not die by time, or anything else, she gets a massive headache. (Example: Say some one only dies if an essence or an item is removed/destroyed, if she tried to read when their time is up she can not tell as destiny is a fickle thing and he gets a massive headache)
• Bonds - If some one summons Grimm though dark magic or trick her into signing a contract, she is bonded to that person until that person dismisses it or someone 'stronger' tried to bond her to them. Being bonded to some one basically means she does what they say.
• Those who also have supernatural perception (or similiar) can see what she really looks like (white aura with black lining)
• Those who are close to death can also see Grimm, however they see what she wants them to see
• She can hear the confused screams and voices of the souls who are in the veil. To much can drive one mad.
• Angelic weapons can kill her.
• If trapped in a reaper trap, any means that can kill a human can kill her easily.
• If she does not reap for a long time, not iabthe balance not kept, but she can also die due to "starvation"
• Can only teleport to souls she made contact with, or to places she's been

Three Important Things About Your Character and/or Its Past:

• Grimm is fascinated with demons and demon like creatures.
• She is mostly cold to those who she believe is human and enjoys their pain. Actually, she pretty much enjoys everyone's pain but that if another reaper or Messor.
• interested in fire and the concept of time.
• She is one of the first Messor

Alright Wolfie, after having a discussion about this character with Guillotine I have reached a decision about what to do concerning your character. I am not the best at smoothing over things when it comes to things like this so for the sake of time I am not going to beat around the bush, and just be blunt.

Your character is too OP to meet the standards of RS.

That is frankly saying a lot given some of the characters that have been approved by we the staff in the past. But this is one thing I don't say lightly. While the four horsemen of the apocalypse aren't considered gods the powers that they have put them pretty close up there, death especially. Almost all of his powers are at an extreme level and are not balanced out well enough to compensate for them. Most of the time when I am looking over a character's abilities what I want to see what kind of limits those powers themselves have. For example if your character has fire powers the kinds of things I want to see/know about them is what can counter act that power like say water, or if they can on manipulate fire that is already there, what conditions are their powers at their weakest, and if possible if using their powers drains them. I see none of this here. At most what I can see as your counters to most of his powers is lack of memory as to what he can do. I rarely ever take into consideration personal weaknesses when it comes to this area. Just because someone forgot how to do something doesn't mean another person of their kind wouldn't remember either, or the character themselves won't recall it after.

Most of the powers here really are too OP, but the worst one is by far his necrokinesis. Normally I can at least try to come up with some kind of flaw to the worst OP powers to try and balance it out. For the life of me I can not think of a single way to balance that out. That one has to be removed, but even then that does not solve the problem here.

With all of this being said I understand that these powers are heavily tided to the character which makes it hard on me and for you to just throw out all his powers and start from scratch without having to change your entire character, or at worse make a whole new character. I really am unsure what the solution here is, so at best I can give you two options...

The first and hopefully best option is to change your character's race. The horseman of Death just cannot work here, but there is a suitable replacement that has already been made on the board...a grim reaper. The race might be restricted (its been awhile since I checked it on the board) but since the original maker has been gone for years and likely will not come back I can make an exception for you. This race is still pretty OP by my standards but since its been approved its something you can use that still fits the character you want to use. I am more than willing to help work on this bio with you so you can still get to play with Death.

The second and final option is to just scrap this character all together and think of something else. There really isn't much that can be done to preserve what is here. If option one can't do it then nothing will. At least nothing that I can think of. If you can think of some better alternative then by all means tell me. You know I am more than willing to help out in anyway that I can.

That's it on this matter. I am really sorry that things had to turn out this way. There really isn't much that can be done about this, and while I hate having to be a dick in situations like this I put my mod responsibilities before my feelings. Again wolfie, I am sorry about all of this. Just let me know what you decide to do next.

Well I was originally going to change his abilities, weaknesses, and race, but I decided to change his gender too xD Thank you though for letting me know and I don't mind at all ^^ she should be done but if there are any more problems, which I hope there isn't, Let me know
